Carlos

Me llamo Carlos. Nací en Irún, en primavera, y crecí entre el campo y la ciudad a base de cómics y bizcochos. Creo que la felicidad es tener cosas interesantes que hacer, y estar con personas interesantes, o al menos divertidas. Defiendo el amateurismo, el lo-fi y el hazlo tú mismo. Me gustan las cosas de ahora mismísimo y de/para siempre, el cuidado, el silencio; todo lo que sirve para decir y aprender algo: escribir, leer, hablar, cantar, escuchar, dibujar, pintar, codificar… ¿Con qué finalidad? Vivir mejor y más intensamente.

My name is Carlos Rioja. I was born at Irun, in spring, and I grew up between the country and the city with comic-books and sponge cakes. I think happiness is having interesting things to do, and being with interesting or, at least, funny people. I incline for the amateurism, the lo-fi and the do it yourself philosophy. I like the moment and the eternity, the care, the silence; everything which is useful to say and learn something: writing, reading, talking, singing, listening, drawing, painting, coding… all which makes possible a better and more complete life.
